HSDS Dropshipping User Registration Agreement

Welcome to register as a user of our HSDS Dropshipping! Before you register, please read the following agreement carefully. When you click the “Agree and Register” button, it means that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by all the terms of this agreement.

1. Agreement Overview

This agreement is a legal agreement between the user (hereinafter referred to as “you”) and HSDS Dropshipping (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “HSDS”) regarding your registration and use of HSDS services. This agreement is legally binding after you register as a user and applies to all your transactions, service use and behavior on HSDS.

2. User Qualification

  • (1) You confirm that when you start the registration process and use HSDS services, you should have the civil capacity prescribed by law that is appropriate to your behavior.
  • (2) If you are under 18 years old, you can only use HSDS services under the supervision of your parents or guardians, and you and your parents or guardians shall bear all legal responsibilities caused by this.
  • (3) Enterprise users are required to provide real company information when registering, including but not limited to business license, company address and contact information.

3. Registration Information

  • (1) You are required to provide real, accurate, complete and up-to-date personal or corporate information when registering, including but not limited to name, contact information, email address, shipping address, etc.
  • (2) You promise not to impersonate others’ information or provide false information for registration. If you violate this clause, you will bear all legal consequences arising therefrom, and we have the right to terminate your account immediately.
  • (3) Your registration information will be used for legitimate purposes such as order processing, customer service, and marketing. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4. User Account and Password

  • (1) After you successfully register, the system will generate an account name and password for you. You are responsible for keeping the account name and password and it is for your own use only.
  • (2) You should keep your account password properly and be responsible for all activities and events conducted through the account. If you find any unauthorized use or other situations that may endanger the security of your account, you should notify us immediately and change your password in time.
  • (3) To ensure the security of your account, we recommend that you change your password regularly and avoid using passwords that are easy to guess.

5. Privacy Policy

  • (1) We value and protect your personal privacy. Your registration information and other specific information will be collected, stored and used in accordance with our privacy policy.
  • (2) We will take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from being leaked, abused or tampered with. Except as required by law or government, we will not disclose, sell or share your personal information to third parties without your consent.
  • (3) You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information collected by us. For specific operations, please refer to the instructions in the privacy policy.

6. User Behavior Code

  • (1) When using HSDS services, you must comply with relevant laws and regulations and the provisions of this Agreement and shall not engage in the following behaviors:
    • 1.Publish or disseminate false, illegal or harmful information.
    • 2.Use false orders, malicious orders and other means to disrupt the normal trading order of HSDS.
    • 3.Infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights or other legitimate rights and interests of others.
    • 4.Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of HSDS, or access other people’s accounts without authorization.
  • (2) If you violate the above code of conduct, we have the right to take appropriate measures at our discretion, including but not limited to deleting content, restricting or terminating your account, or pursuing legal liability.

7. Transaction Terms

  • (1) Product Information :
    • 1.We will provide accurate product descriptions and pictures on the website, but there may be visual differences due to factors such as monitor settings or shooting light. You should read the product description carefully when purchasing.
    • 2.We reserve the right to update product information at any time, including price, inventory and promotional information.
  • (2) Order Processing :
    • 1.After you place an order, the system will generate an order confirmation message and send it to your registered email address. We will arrange shipment after receiving your payment.
    • 2.In rare cases, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount due to insufficient inventory or other reasons. You will not suffer any loss in this case.
  • (3) Payment Method :
    • 1.We support a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, third party payment platforms, etc. The payment method you choose must be funds from a legitimate source.
    • 2.After your payment is successful, the order will enter the processing process and cannot be changed or cancelled unless otherwise specified.
  • (4) Delivery and Fees :
    • 1.We will arrange delivery according to the delivery address you provide. The specific delivery time and fee will depend on your geographical location and the delivery method you choose.
    • 2.When the order amount reaches a certain standard, you may enjoy free delivery service. For specific standards, please refer to the relevant instructions on the website.
  • (5) Return and Exchange Policy :
    • 1.You have the right to request a return or exchange in accordance with laws and regulations or HSDS’s return and exchange policy. The returned goods must be kept in the original packaging and unused state, and the application must be made within the specified time.
    • 2.Some special products (such as personalized customized products) may not be subject to the return and exchange policy. Please refer to the relevant product description for details.
  • (6) After-sales Service :
    • 1.We provide after-sales service in accordance with national laws and regulations, including warranty, maintenance and technical support for products. For specific after sales service terms, please refer to the after-sales service policy.

8. Content Use and Intellectual Property

  • (1) The intellectual property rights of the content you publish on HSDS (including but not limited to text, pictures, videos, etc.) belong to you. You grant us a global, free, non exclusive right to use so that we can display and disseminate your content on HSDS and related media platforms.
  • (2) All content on HSDS, including but not limited to text, images, logos, button icons, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of HSDS or related content providers and is protected by international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or publicly display HSDS content without authorization.

9. Disclaimer

  • (1) The goods and services provided by HSDS are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make any express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, timeliness, accuracy and completeness of the goods or services.
  • (2) We are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss or damage caused by force majeure, network problems, third-party service problems or other reasons beyond our control.
  • (3) You understand and agree that the risks (including but not limited to network security risks) that may exist in the use of HSDS services shall be borne by you.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

  • (1) The conclusion, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be subject to the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
  • (2) If the two parties have a dispute over this agreement, they shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to file a lawsuit with the People’s Court with jurisdiction over the location of HSDS.

12. Other Terms

  • (1) If any term of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the term may be deleted or modified, but it will not affect the validity of other terms of this agreement.
  • (2) This agreement constitutes the complete understanding and agreement of the two parties on the matters of this agreement, and replaces any previous or concurrent written or oral agreement, commitment or statement.
  • (3) For matters not covered in this Agreement, you shall refer to other relevant policies and regulations of HSDS for processing.
